I really thought this hotel would be a step above others, but what a disappointment. The AC was so luod it felt like a jet engine! Plus, the refrigerator leaked and totaly ruined my socks! I expected at least a complimentary bottle of water or a snack for enduring this. Too many small issues to overlook, I almost gave them a good review but just couldn't.

Issues arose with the A/C and refrigerator leaking, leaving puddles on the floor. The noise from the A/C was disruptive at night, and I found the shower temperature hard to adjust. Additionally, the room I was in was located right on the staircase, resulting in a lot of foot traffic noise, and the Wi-Fi service was noticeably slow.

The Paragon of Golden Isles Hotel was a fantastic choice for our family getaway! The warm welcome from Ms. Jen set the tone for our stay, and the pool area became the kids' favorite spot. The clean and cozy rooms made relaxation easy after a day at the nearby beach.
